In this episode of HubHype, Lisa and Erwin dig into some great HubSpot updates and raise an important question: How many tools are you paying for that HubSpot already does?
Here are some of the topics covered during the episode:
Colour coding within HubSpot properties is one of those native features that's easy to overlook and genuinely worth revisiting.
Lisa mentioned during the episode that a Thalox client needed to manage event attendance, tracking who was invited, who confirmed, who declined, and who actually showed up.
The solution was a colour-coded property, and the difference it made for the team's day-to-day was immediate. Full tag or dot, your choice, either way, your team gets visual clarity at a glance.
Until recently, the answer was no. But that has changed, and if you've ever had a workflow update the wrong records or an import go sideways, this one is for you.
You can now restore CRM changes after a bulk update, import, delete or workflow gone wrong. Preview what changed, test the restore, roll it back.
There's also a new history tab in segments showing who changed what and when. As Erwin puts it, HubSpot is starting to listen to real-life CRM problems, and this one has saved many teams from a very bad day.
If you've ever struggled to connect sales activity to campaign performance, HubSpot just made it easier.
Campaigns can now include scheduling pages as an asset type, something that previously lived only in sales sequences. It's a small addition, but a meaningful one: you can now directly tie meeting bookings to a campaign and see exactly how many were generated.
One more step toward marketing and sales finally sharing the same picture.
