They also run through the latest HubSpot updates, from a refreshed interface to smarter segmentation, and introduce Thalox's newest teammate: LEA.
HubSpot lets you route tickets several ways: to a specific user, to a team, to the contact owner, randomly (round robin), or by load balancing, assigning tickets to whoever has the fewest open tickets.
One of the most underused options, though, is skills-based routing.

Service level agreements (SLAs) in HubSpot can be set based on pipeline, channel, or priority. You can also choose when the SLA clock should pause, for example, while waiting for a customer response.

AI agents in the help desk can also pull answers from your knowledge base articles, and tickets can be assigned directly to an AI customer agent. If the agent can't resolve the ticket, it falls back to whatever handoff rules you've set up.
