This Summer, HubSpot launched 99 updates across every Hub: 13 brand-new features and 86 enhancements, all built around one central idea: giving your teams the context they need to act faster and smarter, powered by your CRM data.
Here's a breakdown of what's most impactful across each Hub.
Check the topics we covered:
As AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity become primary research channels for B2B buyers, HubSpot introduces a dedicated feature to help you track and improve your brand's visibility in those AI-generated responses.
With AEO, you can see which prompts surface your brand, benchmark your visibility against competitors, and get actionable recommendations to close the gaps. It's also available as a standalone product or as part of Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise, with a 28-day free trial.
Available for Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.
Reddit has quietly become one of B2B's most important research channels, and HubSpot is now bringing it into the platform. With this new beta, you can find relevant Reddit conversations for your brand and publish responses directly from HubSpot, without switching tools.

TikTok gets a dual upgrade this cycle. You can now manage and measure TikTok Ads directly in HubSpot, with full attribution, reporting, and audience sync, alongside a new TikTok Social integration for publishing, engagement, and channel-level reporting, all alongside your other social channels.
Both features updated.
Several improvements to campaign management land in this cycle.
Campaigns can now be connected to CRM objects: contacts, deals, tickets, and custom objects: giving you a full attribution view in one place (beta).
Enhanced asset reporting surfaces your top-performing content faster with richer metrics, while new management improvements make it easier to clone, automate, and report on campaigns at scale. Multi-account users can now also connect up to 30 accounts and automate deal creation across them.

The Prospecting Agent is the headline Sales Hub update this cycle. It uses buying signals: funding rounds, job postings, website visits to identify hot accounts, source the right contacts, and draft personalized outreach automatically.
It's priced at $1 per recommended lead, with a 28-day free trial available.

Several supporting updates improve day-to-day rep efficiency.
Vidyard Video Outreach enables personalized video sending at scale directly from HubSpot.
Advanced Meeting Controls automate booking, confirmation, and logging.

The Customer Agent gets a substantial set of improvements this cycle.
Organizations managing multiple brands can now give each brand its own Customer Agent with its own voice, knowledge base, and channel configuration, which is useful for holding companies or agencies.
New rollout controls allow gradual deployment with percentage-based rollouts, workflow triggers, and defined working hours.
Customization options now extend to tone, language, and behavior at the channel level. The agent can also answer pricing and product questions using structured data from your own sources, not only knowledge base articles, and new source performance reporting shows which content is actually resolving conversations.
A 28-day free trial is available for Customer Agent.
One-Click Macros for Tickets handle replies, status updates, and routing with a single action.
Third-Party Calling in Help Desk (beta) unifies phone support with every other channel, with automated ticket creation and transcripts.
Shared Customer Spaces keep customers aligned on tasks, milestones, and documents throughout their lifecycle.
For voice, Customer Agent IVR Call Transfer (private beta) automatically routes unresolved AI calls to IVR, so no customer hits a dead end.
Automated QA (private beta) uses AI to review every conversation and surface coaching opportunities without managers needing to review calls manually.
CX Score (private beta) consolidates survey and feedback sources into a single satisfaction metric.
Calling Notetaker captures notes and suggests next steps during live calls in real time, while Caller ID Verification (beta) helps increase answer rates by letting teams set up verified Caller IDs themselves.
This cycle's Smart CRM updates focus on data quality, governance, and recovery.
Improved Contact Enrichment expands match rates and global data sources, so reps have more complete information on every contact.
Expanded Buyer Intent Signals add new triggers: website visits, funding rounds, leadership changes, giving teams a richer picture of buying activity at any given moment.

Brand Voice AI (private beta) trains on your existing writing and applies your tone across AI-generated content automatically.
AI-Powered Editing lets you restructure, shorten, expand, or adjust tone directly inside the content editor.
And Multi-Author Blog Support now allows multiple authors to be assigned to a single post and displayed publicly, useful for team-authored or co-authored content.
