HubSpot's Fall 2026 Product Updates include Agent Hub, Context Home, Marketing Studio, Revenue Agent, and a self-updating CRM, among 134 features announced as part of the Fall 2026 Spotlight at UNBOUND.
It’s HubSpot’s biggest release yet, built around agentic AI, shared business context, and a CRM that increasingly keeps itself up to date.
Here’s a closer look at some of the biggest updates for B2B marketing, sales, service, and RevOps teams, grouped by what they change for you.

What are the biggest HubSpot AI updates for Fall 2026?
HubSpot is making AI agents a much bigger part of how teams work across the platform. Agent Hub, Context Home, Breeze Assistant, and Agent Builder create a shared AI layer that can use your CRM and business context to help teams take action.
Agent Hub: A redesigned home to manage every agent you use, see what's working, and act on it fast. This is becoming the control center for HubSpot’s growing collection of AI agents.

Context Home: One place to view and manage what HubSpot knows about your business, so every team and every agent works from the same shared context instead of starting from scratch each time.

Agent Builder (Updated): Build custom agents and agentic workflows with Breeze Assistant for processes that are specific to your business. Existing workflows can also be turned into agentic workflows.

Breeze Assistant (Updated): Breeze Assistant is becoming a broader go-to-market assistant that can work with your CRM and business context to answer questions, create content, help build campaigns, and support day-to-day work.
HubSpot Work (New, public beta): Run onboarding flows, product launches, and other cross-team projects directly in the CRM, with full customer context attached.

Personalized navigation (New, public beta): Customize your sidebar around the tools and groupings your team actually uses, instead of HubSpot's default layout.

What’s new in HubSpot CRM in Fall 2026?
HubSpot is also reducing the amount of manual work needed to keep CRM data accurate and useful. The direction is toward a CRM that continuously learns from the interactions already happening across your teams.
Self-updating CRM: Calls, emails, meetings, and other interactions can automatically contribute to keeping customer and deal information current. Instead of relying entirely on manual updates, HubSpot can use ongoing activity to build a more complete picture of your customers.
Real-time CRM updates: Record changes now show up live, without refreshing the page — useful the moment more than one person is working a deal or ticket.
Redesigned CRM records (private beta): A faster, cleaner record layout that's been one of the more requested changes from HubSpot admins.

Together with Context Home, these updates also give HubSpot's AI agents better context to work from.
What’s new in HubSpot Marketing Hub in Fall 2026?
Marketing Hub is becoming much more agent-driven. Instead of AI only helping with individual tasks, HubSpot is introducing agents that can support larger parts of the campaign process, from planning to content creation and nurturing.
Marketing Studio (public beta): A reimagined workspace for planning and building campaigns with Breeze Assistant pulling from real-time account and engagement data.

Campaign Agent (public beta): Turns a goal or insight into a full campaign plan: channels, messaging, and assets included.

Content Agent (public beta): Researches before it writes, pulling your brand voice, audience data, and AI search recommendations to draft blogs, social content, and landing pages.

Nurture Agent (public beta): Personalizes nurture emails using what HubSpot knows about each contact, rather than relying on one static message for the whole list.

Native WhatsApp marketing (public beta): Run WhatsApp campaigns natively, with templates and journey building — notable if you're managing multilingual or international audiences.

ChatGPT Ads (public beta): Connect ChatGPT Ads and report on attributed contacts and deals alongside your other channels.
Ad leads (public beta): See every lead generated from ads in one place, including sync status, with guided error resolution when something breaks.

The bigger change here is that AI is moving beyond helping marketers create individual assets. HubSpot is building toward agents that can understand the campaign goal, use existing customer context, and support more of the process.
What’s new in HubSpot Sales Hub and Revenue Hub in Fall 2026?
Sales teams are also getting more AI support between customer conversations, with agents helping identify opportunities, keep deals moving, and automate repetitive follow-up.
Prospecting Agent: Monitors target accounts for buying signals, scores them against your ICP, and drafts personalized outreach. It can also help source contacts and enroll them into prospecting activities.

Deal Progression (public beta): Analyzes emails, calls, and meetings to surface recommended next steps, CRM updates, and follow-ups in the gaps between conversations.

Notetaker: Preps you for calls, captures the conversation, and suggests follow-ups so deal records stay current without manual entry.

Revenue Agent (New, public beta): Builds personalized outreach for overdue invoices and adapts follow-up based on how the customer responds, helping automate more of the collections process.

Combined with the self-updating CRM, these tools are designed to reduce the amount of time reps spend updating records and deciding what needs to happen next.
What’s new in HubSpot Service Hub in Fall 2026?
Service Hub is also moving further toward AI-assisted and automated customer support, with agents able to handle more interactions while using existing customer context.
Customer Agent: Customer Agent can now work across chat, email, voice, and social, using customer and support history to provide more relevant responses. When human support is needed, the conversation can be handed over with the existing context.
Customer Agent: Voice (public beta): Your AI service agent can answer customer calls directly and hand off to a human rep when needed.
Find out why HubSpot’s Customer Agent could make a difference for your support team.
Knowledge Base Agent (public beta): Suggests new articles and flags outdated ones, so knowledge gaps get found before customers hit them.
For service teams, the combination of AI agents and a self-updating CRM means the information behind a customer interaction can become just as important as the channel where that interaction happens.
What’s new for HubSpot developers and builders in Fall 2026?
HubSpot is also opening up more ways for developers and external AI tools to interact with the platform.
HubSpot MCP Server: Gives AI agents access across HubSpot tools and data, making it possible for other AI tools to interact more directly with HubSpot.
Build HubSpot campaigns in Claude: Create campaigns and analyze revenue attribution directly from Claude, without needing to complete the entire process inside HubSpot.
Agent Builder: Teams can also build custom agents for their own use cases, from analyzing closed-lost deals to lead scoring, ticket escalation, or other processes unique to their business.
This is a significant shift: HubSpot isn't only adding its own AI capabilities but also making it easier for other AI tools and custom agents to work with the platform.
What do HubSpot’s Fall 2026 updates mean for B2B teams?
The theme across all 134 updates is clear: HubSpot is betting heavily on context and AI agents as a new way of working with the platform.
Instead of teams constantly searching through dashboards, updating records manually, or giving AI tools the same instructions repeatedly, HubSpot wants the CRM to maintain more of its own context and make that context available to the agents helping your teams.
But that also makes your HubSpot foundations more important.
AI agents still depend on the information and processes they have to work with. If your CRM is full of duplicates, inconsistent properties, unclear lifecycle stages, or outdated processes, adding more AI on top won't automatically solve those problems.
Clean data, clear processes, and a well-structured HubSpot portal are becoming even more important as AI takes on a larger role across Marketing, Sales, Service, and RevOps.
