HubSpot Credits is a new usage-based currency that powers features like Breeze Intelligence and Customer Agent. You only consume credits when performing actions, giving you flexible control over costs.

Every month, you receive new credits based on your highest subscription level, which are reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over. If you buy credits once, and you use them all again, the system will automatically purchase them again.
Starter: 500 credits | Professional: 3,000 credits | Enterprise: 5,000 credits
Usage:
10 HubSpot Credits are required for 1 Breeze Intelligence enrichment.
Only Paid and Partner Seat users can consume credits, and features pause if credits run out. Notifications are sent at 75%, 85%, and 90% usage levels.

Starting June 16th, 2025, HubSpot Classic CRM cards will no longer be supported due to the upcoming sunset of Classic CRM Cards, which will occur on October 31st, 2026.
What’s new? Interactive App Cards built with React, and UI Extentions. To customize the HubSpot UI, from CRM record views to the help desk preview panels, you can build UI extensions. UI extensions are built locally using the developer projects framework, and are powered by a public or private app, depending on your needs.

AI-powered Video App
From your video details, you can manage keywords, chapters, captions, and more. You can also review the video's performance, automatically add video captions, additional video file details, and any variations created from the clip editor. Optimize for SEO and AI search engines.
You can now create unified lead scores that evaluate both contacts and companies in Marketing Hub Professional, previously an Enterprise-only feature.

AI Meeting Assistant in Sales Workspace
On the Schedule tab, you can prepare for meetings and review ups after meetings. The meeting assistant provides detailed information about your meeting attendees, suggests activities for you before and after meetings, and provides AI-generated summaries.
It provides a summary, talking points, recent activities, deal information, next steps after the call, and search keywords in the transcripts.
AI Assistant meeting summaries rely on AI Assistant call summaries - You can review call recordings and transcripts, and even track terms.
