HubSpot Breeze AI is a built-in tool that automatically enriches contact and company records using AI-powered data sources. It replaced the older HubSpot Insights and adds features like visitor tracking, form optimization, and usage-based credit management.
In September 2024, Breeze AI replaced HubSpot Insights as a data enrichment feature inside your portal. Together with lots of new updates in the platform and new AI-powered tools, it was released at INBOUND, the annual HubSpot event. It was launched as a solution to assist Marketing, Sales, and Services, by introducing Breeze Co-pilot, Breeze agents, and Breeze Intelligence. Breeze Intelligence is a usage-based feature like Customer Agent. You need to have HubSpot Credits to consume credits when performing actions, which gives you flexible control over costs.

HubSpot Credits are a usage-based currency that powers features like Breeze Intelligence and Customer Agent, allowing users to pay only for the actions they perform.
Features will automatically pause if you run out of credits. However, if you buy credits once, and you use them all again, the system will automatically purchase them again.

How Breeze Intelligence Works
