Think of Breeze AI as your friendly robot assistant inside HubSpot. It can help you write blog posts, come up with social media ideas, organize your data, and even answer questions for you. You don’t need to know anything about AI to get started—just type in what you need, and Breeze does the heavy lifting.
One thing is for sure: you won't use Chat GPT as much for your daily work, because now you can have an assistant inside the platform that can even tailor your replies by sourcing information from your database.
Breeze AI shows up across lots of different HubSpot tools, divided into 2 main categories:
You can use the Breeze Overview page (navigate to Breeze > Overview) to view and access the available AI tools or learn more about how to use Breeze.

Before you use Breeze, make sure your HubSpot admin has enabled access to AI tools. You’ll also get the best results if you let Breeze use some of your company’s data—this helps it personalize what it writes or suggests for you. Everything is controlled from the “AI” section in HubSpot settings.

You can browse the HubSpot Marketplace for pre-built agents—or create your own in Breeze Studio. Agents do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to—just set them up once and they take care of routine jobs, freeing you up for the work you enjoy
When you use some of the smarter AI features in HubSpot, like letting agents do research behind the scenes, these actions use something called HubSpot Credits. Think of credits like tokens that get “spent” each time you ask AI to run one of these bigger tasks.
For example, if you use Breeze for a data agent to analyze your CRM records, that’ll use credits. You get a set amount each month, and HubSpot resets your limit at the start of the next month. If you run out, those actions will pause until your credits refresh. However, if you buy credits once, and you use them all again, the system will automatically purchase them again.
