You can find information about your thalox subscription in your Billing dashboard. Please login to thalox and click “Billing”
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Your subscription will end then by the end of the current month.
To cancel your subscription:
In your thalox account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Billing.
At the top, click the Subscriptions tab to view your subscription details.
To cancel your subscription please click the “here”. A new window will open. Please give your reason for cancellation. This procedure will create a ticket in our service system.
Important: Once your request for unsubscribing has been processed, you will be able to fully use our services until the end of your subscription. We will keep your data for a grace period of 30 days after your subscription ends and will permanently delete your data afterward.
