Use thalox segments to send the right message based on each user’s engagement level. Reward High Engagers, re-activate Dormant users, and suppress or re-engage Inactive ones. This makes campaigns more relevant and improves results while reducing unnecessary sends.
What are the thalox tool segments?
- High Engagers
- Dormant Potential
- Inactive or Indecisive
- No Activity
Inactive or Indecisive is created based on a TES between 0,00 and 0,50.
Dormant Potential is created based on a TES between 0,50 and 0,75.
High Engagers are created based on a TES between 0,75 and 1,00.
No Activity contacts do not have any marketing activity.
Those thresholds are set based on our experience but could be easily adjusted by the customer.
